Workplace Relations Class Description

As the world becomes more competitive, workers are increasingly discovering that they need more than technical skills to be successful. Above and beyond these hard skills is a set of "soft skills," or human relations skills that focus on interpersonal relationships and workplace productivity. Among these skills are teamwork, conflict management, communication skills, and critical thinking. This class will focus on improving those soft skills.
