Letter from the College Campus President

Foundation resource growth and support to the College is at the highest level in the institution’s history. I extend my sincere congratulations to the Foundation Board and staff for this great achievement. Support provided by the Foundation has had a profound effect on students, faculty, and now facility development at the College.

Scholarship support for students has reached record level and has provided strong student financial assistance during difficult economic times. In many cases, Foundation scholarship support is the only safety net a student has to continue training to become a confident and active participant in the economy.

The Foundation mission has become an integral part of long-term institutional growth and stability for the College through a multifaceted financial support system providing direct aid to students through scholarships, assistance to faculty through recognition and development programs, and now through capital development. These avenues of gifting and Foundation board initiatives propel the College forward in fulfilling its purposes and mission.

On behalf of the College Board of Directors and College Administration, I am very grateful to all members of the Foundation for the invaluable service rendered to all facets of the College. Thank you for another great year in helping the College fulfill its responsibilities to the customers, stakeholders, taxpayers and students.
