Scholarship and Awards Dinner

On November 4, 2005, the Foundation hosted the 1st Annual Examples of Courage Scholarship and Award Dinner in conjunction with the Coral Mair Scholarship/ Foundation. This event provided recognition for a former instructor at the College while developing funding for special needs students.

Simmons Recognition at Annual Philanthropy Day

After begin nominated by the DATC Foundation, Roy and Elizabeth Simmons were honored with the Philanthropic Leadership Award on Utah’s Philanthropy Day. They were recognized for their involvement and strong commitment for entrepreneurship and being the major benefactors of the new incubator building on the DATC campus.

December 10, 2005 was the date for the 1st Annual Kaysville Christmas Home Tour. Working together, the Dental Assisting Program and Foundation hosted a Christmas Home Tour to benefit students at the DATC
