Employer and Continuing Education

In order to succeed in today’s ever changing technological world, individuals and employers must participate in training to upgrade their skills, learn a new trade, brush up on an old one, or introduce change into an organization. The Employer and Continuing Education (ECE) Department at Davis Applied Technology College offers superior training for both individuals and employers to assist them in achieving their educational goals. ECE works to accommodate any need by offering day, evening, and weekend courses, customized training, and a wide variety of short courses and seminars. Employer and Continuing Education focuses on:

• Preparing individual’s to succeed in today’s business world
• Developing unique and customized training programs for employers
• Coordinating company training needs with existing College Programs
• Providing classroom and lab facilities for training
• Meeting the critical training needs of businesses, industry partners, and governmental agencies
• Utilizing State-appropriated funding resources to reduce training costs
