Custom Fit - Customized Employee Training

The Davis Applied Technology College, through the Employer Services Department offers unique and relevant cost-effective training for both the individual and local employers. Whatever training is required, the Employer Services Department will work to accommodate the need. Many local businesses became more competitive after receiving Custom Fit training.  Sixty companies and 1,311 employees received training to upgrade their work skills through the state supported Custom Fit Program. One large manufacturer reported improving employee efficiency to such a degree that it resulted in over $1,000,000 savings to their company.

A large number of valuable training services are available to employers including developing and conducting customized training as well as pre-employment assessment and testing. In addition, Utah State training funds are available for qualified companies that are new, expanding, or in need of upgrading skills for its workforce to remain competitive.
