Academic Development Lab

The Academic Development Lab offers students classes in basic Academic Development and Computer Literary.  During the college admissions process, each student's current academic levels are assessed.  When a need is determined, students have the opportunity to enroll in the Lab's academic development classes to help build their specific areas of need so they can have optimum success in their program classes.

The classes in Academic Development are designed to assist students in building his or her basic academic skills in such areas as:  math, reading, language arts, spelling.  We also offer a Learning Styles and Study Skills Class.  This class helps a student understand their individual learning style and build a study method which uses their individual learning strength.
