The DATC has partnered with Stringham Schools, the premier real estate school in the state of Utah. This enables us to provide licensing in the real estate and mortgage fields. Courses range from 2 to 120 hours.

Quick FactsReal Estate Agents represent clients in planning, directing, and coordinating the selling, buying, management and leasing of real estate. Their activities could include commercial, industrial, and residential real estate property. As well as managing of homeowner and condominium associations, renting or leasing housing units, buildings, or land.
Real Estate Brokers supervise the activities of real estate agents and must qualify through experience as a real estate agent, advanced training and state testing. All real estate agents must work under a Real Estate Broker. Brokers own and/or manage Real Estate Companies.
Mortgage Lenders receive borrower applications, analyze borrower qualifications, check credit, interface with lenders, select loan products, arrange for appraisals, and set up closing and funding of the loan.
