Workplace Relations

In this course, students develop the human-relationship skills needed to maintain a successful and productive career. Students will learn key workplace communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening. Teamwork, diversity, personal ethics, conflict management, and problem-solving are important areas of focus. Through this course, students will develop the improved personal and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in today’s organizations.
